12 week Personal Training Programme

I am delighted that you have decided to go for a full Personal Training Package because you will see so much more difference once we start. Below is a brief description of what Personal training involves. If you are struggling to achieve your Personal goals then it makes perfect sense to enlist the services of a professional to help you along the way and show you how best to achieve your goals and how you can sustain the results for life. The Personal Training programme runs for 12 weeks which gives you 24/7 support for 12 weeks. I will be in touch with you daily and weekly randomly to help you with struggles you may have with food choices and exercises alongside spending a dedicated hour with you once a week in the gym or outdoors. The payment can be made up front or in three instalments if necessary. Please email me back any questions or concerns you may have regarding the 12 week programme. We would have an initial meeting during which time you will have a full health assessment – body weight, body fat percentage, health questionnaire. Based on your lifestyle, timeframe and goals, I as your trainer will design your personalised exercise programme. I will introduce you to your programme and demonstrate how to perform all relevant exercises

Your 12 week Personal Training Programme will cost £350 . This includes your weekly training session, 24/7 support, daily text messages, education on food and portion sizes, set meal plans and suggested meals. Daily and weekly food plans based on the foods you enjoy, analysis of your current eating habits, foods and portion sizes, education on how and what to do at the gym.
